    Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.3

    ADOPT FISCAL YEAR 2027 BUDGET
    Recommendation: The Finance Audit Committee recommends Board of Directors approve the Fiscal Year 2027 budget reflecting an increase of $26 or 5.6% to the Replenishment Assessment from $454 to $480 per acre-foot. The RA excludes the $12 per acre-foot Replenishment Assessment for the PFAS Remediation program

    CONTINUATION AND CLOSING OF THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE FISCAL YEAR 2026/27 PROPOSED REPLENISHMENT ASSESSMENT PER WATER CODE §60306 AND §60307
    Recommendation: The Board of Directors convene the continued Water Code Public Hearing from the April 21, 2026, Board meetings, receive any staff reports and public comment, and close the Water Code Public Hearing.

    CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION NO. 26-1271 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WATER REPLENISHMENT DISTRICT OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA LEVYING A REPLENISHMENT ASSESSMENT ON THE PRODUCTION OF GROUNDWATER DURING FISCAL YEAR 2027
    Recommendation: The Board of Directors adopt Resolution No. 26-1271 to establish the FY 2027 Replenishment Assessment at $480 per acre foot subject to approval as to form by District Council and instruct staff to file an appropriate Notice of Exemption for the action.
